Export Payroll Data to PAXML

You can now easily export payroll data from Roughly Right as a PAXML file – ready to be imported directly into your payroll system.

What does it mean?

With just one click, you can generate a file containing all necessary deviations for payroll processing. The file format follows the PAXML standard and is compatible with many common payroll systems.

Benefits:

• No need to manually enter deviations into your payroll system
• Reduces the risk of errors and saves time
• More automated payroll management – directly from reported time and absences

How to get started:

1. Make sure each employee is updated with an ID (matching your payroll system)
2. Update absence codes in Basics with IDs that align with your payroll system
3. Go to Time is Money > Payroll, click the export icon, and select Export to PAXML

This feature is available to all users with admin access and is compatible with several common payroll systems – such as Fortnox, Kontek, and Hogia Lön.
