What is it

Through the Network overview, authorised users can access shared project information and employee planning across connected companies. This creates a unified way of managing resources, and keeping track of time in shared client projects.

Benefits

The network overview makes it easier to allocate resources across companies.

For example, a local team in Norway can see how employees in the Swedish team are planned, what work they are scheduled for, and how they have reported their time. This creates better coordination between teams and makes it easier to work together toward the same clients and projects despite working from different offices.

Project leads can also send planning requests to employees working in connected companies, making it possible to allocate resources where they are needed most, even across company borders.

By sharing visibility and planning between companies, organisations can:

You can see all employee planning here, and filter on a certain guild in order to see how many available resources there are

Click on a specific employee to view more detailed information about their planning. This works regardless of whether the employee belongs to your own company or another company in the network.
