Planning level and work hours 

What: The plannable level indicates the percentage of a co-worker’s time that can be allocated to projects. Work hours show the percentage of time the co-worker should be working. This is done in Basics.

Notice: If a co-worker works half-time and can only be planned 50%, set the work hours to 50% and the planable level to 25%.

1. To adjust a co-worker’s planable level, go to their profile and update the planable level accordingly. 

2. To change their work hours, scroll down to the bottom of the page, find the specific co-worker and set the percentage they should work for each relevant month. Usually 100% since most employees work full time.
