Change the name code for a client

What: The chosen name code for a client is the first four letters of the project names. They are generated by Roughly Right based on the first four letters in the client's name.

However, if you have multiple clients whose names start with the same letters, Roughly Right may assign the same project code to the projects for both those clients, and then the name code must be changed for at least one of those clients.

1. Go to The Archive > Clients
2. Click on the specific client
3. Scroll down to Project numbers
4. Type the letters preferred for the client
