Planning Introduction
What: The planning section is where you plan your empolyees and get an overview of their planning level in the future. In this section we will review some helpful tips on how to customize the planning for your needs.

Filters and organizing your planning
1. The first step in the planning is to choose whether you want to view by employees or projects. You will then see a list of all employees or all projects.
2. It can be useful to filter so that you only see what is relevant to you, e.g., your colleagues or your current projects.
3. With the arrows next to the time slider, you can choose whether the planning should be expanded for all rows or collapsed.
4. Check the time slider (the number of weeks you want to look ahead). Remember that you only see planning for the selected period. If you, for example, are looking a year ahead and nothing is planned there, it will appear empty – so go back to the current period.
5. Verify that you are satisfied with your settings using the slider-icon in the top right corner. There you can choose what should be shown and which colors you prefer.
Employee View
- Filter the view by clicking in the search box.
- Search or select from co-workers, groups, or guilds.
- You can make your selection a favorite which will then remain in the search filter. It is possible to make different searches into favorites.
Project View
- Filter the view via the search box.
- Search or select from project leads, project groups, client, or project tags, and whether unfinished projects will be displayed.
- Here you can also choose whether to display finished projects or only ongoing ones.

Detailed Information
- Click on an employee/project to see a more detailed view if the rows are closed.
- To open a specific project’s project page, click the link icon to the right of the project name. In the employee view it works the same way, but here you add projects instead. To open the project, click on the three dots and select “view project”.
- When you click on the three bars next to the time rows it will show the hours reported so far as well as future planning, compared to the estimate for the project. In the project view the three bars on the same row as a co-worker shows the statistics related to that specific activity that the co-worker is planned on, meanwhile the three bars on the bottom line shows the statistics for the project as a whole. In the employee view the activity statistics is shown next to te project under the employee.
- To change an activity or remove an employee/project: click on the three dots next to the statistics.
