Under Details you can set key information like the agency, rates, costs, working hours, profit target, activities, expenses, groups, tags, and planning levels that are used throughout the tool.

Invoicing covers invoice settings and details such as VAT and payment terms.
In this section you can format your offers and the e-mails that are sent to the clients with the offers.
Create an Offer template:
Under Calendar, you register days off and half days. You also close the month for time reporting, income, and expenses. In addition, you can review all employees time report at the bottum of this page.
Under Budget, you set:
-The Agency Budget: The agency's total budget per month. You can enter revenue, agency fee, or both. The budget is displayed on the results page and the project list for comparison with outcomes.
-Actual Costs: If you want to overwrite the estimated costs for employees and overhead with the actual outcome.
-Client Budget: Here it is possible to enter a budget per customer. If you want to use the summation of the customers' budget as the agency's total budget, you can click on the summation at the bottom to transfer it
