Basics in the Network Overview

Under Basics, the network’s core settings are displayed. These settings can only be managed by network administrators. Here, administrators create and manage the network’s shared clients, guilds, employee tags, planning levels, and exchange rates.

When a network client is created, the administrator manually enables the client for all connected companies. The administrator can then assign which project managers should have access to the network client.

Authorized project managers can:

  • View employee planning across all companies within the network
  • Send planning requests between connected companies
  • Access shared project data and key metrics for the clients they have access to, including: Reported hours, Revenue, Expenses, Agency fees, Costs, Invoiced amount, Profit margin and Effective hourly rate

The key metrics are displayed for all projects linked to the client across every company in the network.

For each project, a network total is also shown, providing a clear overview of the same project number across multiple companies.
